While a man is perfectly satisfied to sit around with a cold beverage in one hand and his balls in the other while he watches a sporting event on his big screen, the de-stressing of a female is a much more complex problem. I recommend a night out will 1 or more of "the girls" with activities ranging from a chick flick, good food, better dessert, lots and lots of talking and of course...a pedicure!
